Important NOTE

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). Our privacy policy describes how we collect and process your personal data via our website (https://naked-tree.at), via other sales platforms (such as kickstarter.com, crowdox.com, indiegogo.com) and at events. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE AND TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR PROCESSING IN THE EU AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

Note for people residing in the European Union:

Information about your personal data:

This privacy policy applies to information about you, your devices and your interaction with our services.

“Personal data” is information that can be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with other information. This includes information such as your name, email address, telephone number, address, exact location, device IDs, certain cookie and network identifiers, and physical characteristics such as gender and dress size.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

You can visit our site without providing any information about yourself. We only store access data without personal reference such as the name of your internet service provider. These data are evaluated exclusively to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide us with it when ordering goods, when contacting us, when opening a customer account, when registering for our newsletter or a competition. We use the data you have provided without your separate consent exclusively to fulfill and process your order. Once the contract has been fully processed and the purchase price has been paid in full, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods have expired, unless you expressly consent to further use of your data. When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The deregistration is possible at any time.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this site uses an SSL or. TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http: //” to “https: //” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Server Logfiles

The server log files are anonymized data that are recorded when you access our website. This information does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you personally, but for technical reasons it is indispensable for the delivery and presentation of our content. They also serve our statistics and the constant optimization of our content. Typical log files are the date and time of access, the amount of data, the browser used for access and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of the provider you have commissioned, the page from which you came to our offer (referrer- URL) and your IP address. Log files also enable a precise check in the event of suspected illegal use of our website.

Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter . Further data is not collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you have stored with us for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. This does not affect data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members’ area).

Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber as part of cookies, as well as the buyer’s name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card number.

The data you provide are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After canceling the shopping process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Google Web Fonts

This page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts takes place in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. For more information on Google Web Fonts, see https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data is entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) by a person or by an automated program. For this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of stay of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis are forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyzes run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

For more information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy, see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

We have no knowledge of the exact content of the data transmitted, nor of their use by Google. In this context, the company denies the connection of the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google can transfer the information to third parties. If you deactivate Javascript in your browser, you prevent Google Maps from running. However, you will then not be able to use a map display on our website. By using our website, you consent to the described collection and processing of information by Google Inc. You can find out more about the data protection provisions and terms of use for Google Maps here: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The use of offers and services is, as far as possible, always possible without providing personal data.
